Checks are accepted but product will not be mailed until check clears.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of our invoice date.
All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization number assigned. Please e-mail [email protected] or call us at Toronto 416 536 4694 or Toll Free 1-877-344-4489. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in original sealed bottle. All returns will be credited to customer's account minus 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the return item. Allow no more than 10 business days for a credit to your charge card upon receipt of merchandise. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of the merchandise purchased.
Orders received on regular business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) will be processed (pending credit card approval) within 48 hours and shipped within 2 - 5 business days.
