All payments are to be made in Canadian funds;
Visa, Master Card, American Express
All transactions will show up on your statement as paid to “Diggity Dog”
Email Transfer of funds are accepted and orders will be processed immediately following receipt ( please phone us or email in advance with password)
All Checks and Money Orders are to be made Payable to Diggity Dog.
Checks are accepted but product will not be mailed until check clears.
Money orders are accepted but must be verified by our bank and product will not be mailed until cleared by bank.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of our invoice date.
All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization number assigned. Please e-mail info@petownerschoicebrands.com or call us at Toronto 416 536 4694 or  Toll Free 1-877-344-4489. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in original sealed bottle. All returns will be credited to customer's account minus 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the return item. Allow no more than 10 business days for a credit to your charge card upon receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of the merchandise purchased. Orders received on regular business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) will be processed (pending credit card approval)  and shipped within 2 - 5 business days.
